Same thing with hardened bone. Doesn't affect my defense percentage at all.

This worked fine last time I checked. Try relogging.
I know for a fact that Chain Ninjutsu and the damage increase on unmatched focus do not work, however.

I don't see any Defense raise with WillPower(Uchiha) either.

According to Zanos it works. I can recall that he had an Uchiha for a while, and he did some OP damage because he was a missing-nin. Not completely sure though.

It works. I think the first one gives all of the boost making the rest completely useless....I think
