1Jutsu  - Water Dragon - When used fires a 1 tile wide water dragon that pushes the enemy while it hits them. Leaves a trail of water behind.  Ninjutsu Power*.5. Costs 400 chakra. Goes for 5 tiles

Level 1 - Goes 1 tile further, and damage is increase to ninjutsu power*.9

Level 2 - Goes 1 tile further, and speed is increased.

Level 3 - Goes 1 tile further, and damage increased to Ninjutsu Power*1

Level 4 - Becomes 3 tiles wide


2Jutsu  - Tornado of water - Creates a tornado of water surrounding the user for 3 seconds knock backs anyone in a 2x2 range of the use, and deals damage. Ninjutsu Power*1. Costs 200 chaka. leaves water 3x3 wide around the user when used (Note: Need to be standing on water for this jutsu to work.)

Level 1 - Increases range to 4x4

Level 2 - Decreases chakra requirements by half.

3Jutsu - Monsoon - Creates a monsoon that then begins to downpour in a 8 x 8 radius. While in the rain the user's suiton jutsus deal 25% more damage, and drains all enemies chakra by 50 every second if they are in it. Lasts 10 seconds. Costs 550 Chakra

Level 1 - Your jutsus now deal 35% more damage

Level 2 - Increases Range to 10 x 10

Level 3 - The chakra drained by the opponent is given to you and lasts 5 seconds longer.

4Jutsu - Tearing Current - Fire a 1 tile wide swirling mass of water forward when it hits an enemy it disperses dealing damage, and knocking the enemy back 6 tiles. Chakra 550 . Ninjutsu Power*3.2

Level 1 - Ninjutsu Power*4.4

Level 2 - When disperse it creates a wave that is sent out in a 5x5 area of where it dispersed/hit the enemy anyone in the area of where the waves appear take damage = Ninjutsu Power*1.5

Level 3 - Moves faster,

5Jutsu - Great Water fall technique - While the user is standing on water they summon a massive wave 3 tiles wide that moves in front of them leaving a wide trail of water behind as well as dealing damage to anyone it goes over it does not disperse when hitting an enemy but continues to go forward for 15 tiles. Ninjutsu Power*3.5. Chakra 1000.

Water Taping - Learn the skill water sapping when used if you are standing on water you recover 100 chakra - 250 chakra - 400 chakra


Tornado of water mastery - Cool down decreases 10% - 15% - 20%
Water Slash - When learned instead of firing a shurken/kunai you first a 1 tile wide slash of water that inflicts bleed that does 20 - 50 - 75 damage per second for 5 - 8 - 11 - 14 - 17 - 20 seconds
Water Advanced healing - While standing on water increase health regeneration by 2% - 4% - 6%


Monsoon Mastery - Water Monsoon now decreases 20 - 40 - 60 - 80  chakra per second
Water Wall - Learns the jutsu water wall - Summons a wall of water in front of you 5 tile wide 2 tiles long Lasts 5 - 10 - 15 seconds.(Note: its dense no one but you can walk through it)
Water Slash Mastery - When an opponent is hit by water slash they are slowed for 1 - 2 - 3 seconds


Water Wall Grandest - When you use the jutsu water wall again it collapses the wall and creates water puddles in its place
Great Waterfall master - Drains 10 - 15 - 20 percent less chakra
Water - Your water puddles last 3 - 6 - 9 seconds longer

Your water puddles only last 5 seconds
Water dragon does hit multyple times because it goes for about 8 tiles it deals damage 8 times unless the opponent moves out of the way or substitute .
