Hyuuga suggestion

Hyuugas damage was knocked pretty low from where it was. Not saying its low, but I can now see why snake is not yet another clan that naturally counters Hyuuga. And in a 4 tiled game, it is that much easier to run from a Snake. So I suggets yet again Vacc palms, but it slows. It will he;p hyuugas catch people more easily And although having less damage now, atleast they will be able ot attack more. Blatently giving hyuuga more damage is not the way to go.
